I had a very good experience at Tropicana Supermarket. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a great variety of products available. Everything was arranged neatly, making shopping easy and convenient. The staff was friendly, respectful, and helpful whenever I needed assistance. I especially liked the fresh produce and the overall quality of the items in the store. The prices were reasonable, and the checkout process was fast and smooth. The atmosphere felt welcoming, and the customer service was excellent throughout my visit. Overall, this supermarket provides a comfortable and enjoyable shopping experience, and I would gladly recommend it to friends and family looking for a reliable place to shop.

I love their produce. It's always fresh and I can find items in this store that aren't in other stores. I also like their meat dept. They can be a little pricey, but you can find a deal or two or three...lol.

I like this grocery store overall—it’s clean and I really appreciate the prices on meat and fresh produce. However, I find many of the other items to be overpriced compared to similar stores in the area. Being that is a nternational store mostly Latino in a urban community though I also didn’t feel fully comfortable with the customer service experience, and at times I felt there was a difference in how customers were treated. That made my visits less enjoyable. The store has potential, but pricing and service consistency could be improved to better serve the community it’s located in.

Don’t Shop here for baby formula! After today’s experience I won’t be shopping here especially after the rude costumer service from the lady in the front doing returns , I bought 10 cans of Similac last night I went to check the cans and they gave me 4 open cans the rest were sealed though and didn’t use any , I called and the lady on the phone said I can exchange with receipt once I got their they processed to tell me they can’t exchange but how am I going to use something someone else opened , that’s very crazy to me my money down the drain because people don’t check iteams becore putting them for sale then the lady in the front proceeded to basically say that in my little head I may think I didn’t open them but probably did then saying I’m delusional , that’s very unprofessional and it took a lot out of me to not disrespect her back the manager wasn’t helpful either but atleast he didn’t disrespect me but seriously if I could rate 0 I would I feel very played with and I’m never shopping here again I’ll be making a post about this store because yall shouldn’t sell open iteams and if yall swear to check everything before selling this would t had happen in the first place mind yall

This store has very good meat products but they are sometimes inconsistent and really don't seem as though they want to help the customers at times. I have came to this store several times and have grabbed items that was marked at one price and when it's time to ring my items up some items are not the same price as advertised. This has happened more than once and they will not honor any price that they have advertised even when they know that they have made a mistake. I have also came and returned a package of meat that I have purchased from here and it had a fly in it. These people did not offer an apology they just applied the price of the pack of meat to my order I was getting and if I'm not mistaken they cheated me a few cent on that. I get that as a business you are here to make money but you are also here to make sure that the people who is bringing the money in are satisfied with the product that you're pushing out. They can use just a little bit of business etiquette when it comes to certain things. Wrong prices marked for food.
